今週は、印象アップのマナーについてです。
★腕組みはマナー違反！
話をしているときに、つい腕組みをしてしまう人はいませんか？
腕組みをしている姿は心理学的にいうと「注意」「警戒」「拒否」のサイン。
相手に対して心を開いていない状態のときのしぐさになります。
腕組みをして難しい顔をした人には話しかけにくいですよね。
反対に、両手を広げて話をしているのは、「肯定」「受け入れ」のサイン。
身振り手振りが加わると親しみやすく話もしやすくなります。
このようなちょっとしたしぐさが相手に与える印象を大きく変えています。
ビジネスの世界では当然のこと、腕組みはマナー違反！
ついつい腕組みしてしまう人は要注意ですよ☆
